Three, structure and principle
This product is composed of nozzle, gun shell, gun core, mica sleeve, wind blade, micro motor, handle and other parts. The gun core is wound on the refractory porcelain with electric heating wire and led out with wire. When in use, connect the power supply, press the switch, and the micro motor on the welding gun will start air supply. After the electric heating wire on the gun core is energized, the cold air is heated into hot air flow from the nozzle, so that the welded plate and the welding rod are heated in a molten state and glued together, so as to achieve the purpose of welding.
Iv. Use and precautions
1. The handle switch is divided into three gears: I switch on the electric heating wire; Second grade starting motor air supply; Stop third gear. When used, the starting motor should be supplied with air, and then the electric heating wire should be energized. When the electric heating wire is stopped, the power supply should be cut off first, and then the wind should be stopped slightly, which can avoid excessive residual heat of the electric heating wire, shorten the life of the gun core or burn the lead wire.
2. In the process of use, if the temperature is too high, it can be retreated to file Ⅱ, that is, cut off the electric heating wire power supply, weld with waste heat, and then play file Ⅰ when appropriate, so as to ensure the service life of the long gun core and ensure the welding quality.
3. When used for the first time, there may be fire or smoke. This is a normal phenomenon, power-on about 5 minutes will automatically disappear.
4. When the switch is placed in gear Ⅰ, there is mild temperature in the outlet, which is a normal phenomenon.
5, plastic plate is heated to 130℃ ~ 140℃ when it becomes soft, a little pressure can be formed. The welding temperature is generally about 240℃, and the temperature of about 5 ~ 10 mm from the welding nozzle mouth is 200℃ ~ 260℃. When welding, attention should be paid to the distance between the nozzle and the welding spot, so as to obtain the ideal welding temperature.
6. After the electric heating wire is broken, you can screw the connecting screw of the firing shell, take out the gun core, and wrap it evenly with 300W electric heating wire to still be used. The damaged core can be purchased by letter from our factory.
