Compared with traditional welding, strong plastic welding gun equipment has many advantages:
The most commonly used welding wire for welding aluminum is the softer standard wire and the other is harder. It is mainly used for welding operations with higher hardness and strength requirements. Before the welding begins to do a good job of removing the oxide layer on the surface of aluminum, the use of special stainless steel brush to remove the oxide layer. One way to fill the pit at the end of the weld to prevent cracks is to leave the torch in the pool for a few seconds after welding. Use both hands simultaneously during welding operations to ensure the stability of the torch, and do so whenever possible. Adjust the tightness of the wire tray and driving roller of the wire feeding machine to just enough wire feeding, and the welding machine should not be too tight. When the welding wire is not in use, keep it in a clean and dry place to avoid contamination and affect the welding effect.
Use DC reverse polarity DCEP power supply. The towing torch technique allows for deeper penetration and narrower welds. The push gun technique achieves shallower penetration and wider welds. The best way to weld aluminum is with a wire-drawn torch. If you can't use this torch, use the shortest one you can to keep it straight. Only argon can be used as a protective gas; Only push guns can be used when welding aluminum. If you find a wire feed problem, the welding machine can try a size larger than the wire conductive head.
